The role is responsible for the handling of the documentation preparation, monitoring and coordinating of customs release of shipments for the import of goods in accordance with customs regulations. Providing the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers. Preparing customs and internal documents accurately with minimal guidance. Responsible for data entry of import and export filings including, tracking of shipment status, working with forwarders and other trade partners to ensure cargo delivery with POD. Reports to Team Leader - Permanent - Operations Full-time/Part-time - US, CND, MX - Remote/Hybrid/Office Required qualifications and experience include:

High school diploma or equivalent. Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
