Warehouse Equipment Operator
Full Time Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM
Operate specialized turret equipment to efficiently pick, move, and position full pallets of product within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ensure accurate staging, storage, and put-away of materials while consistently adhering to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Play a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and high-performing operation through precision, attention to detail, and teamwork.
What You'll Do

Accurately pick orders by labeling all boxes, pallets, bins, and packages with order number, receiver name, and case quantity
Identify and escalate any ticket discrepancies promptly to the appropriate leader
Complete order picking efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
Support warehouse flow by assisting with freight movement and product location after order completion
Inspect pallets during use and report any damage to a supervisor immediately
Perform daily forklift inspections and complete required maintenance checklists
Monitor battery levels and ensure proper charging, cleaning, and storage of all material handling equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all time
Ways You'll Contribute Beyond the Role

Operate and assist with various warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain productivity standards
What You Bring to the Team

Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in the designated language of the facility
Comfortable working in extreme temperature environments, ranging from -20F (-25C) in cold storage to 100F (37C) in dry storage, while using company-provided protective gear
Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs consistently (may vary by facility)
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels, which may be loud at times
