We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team at Elase (currently DermaHealth). In this role, you will provide personalized skincare and clinical treatments to provide best in class customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in medical aesthetics. Must have a current Arizona Esthetician License

• Must have a current Cosmetic Laser license
• 1-3 years of aesthetic experience required
• High School Diploma required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Passion for empowering clients and colleagues, with a genuine interest in the field of medical aesthetics.

Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.

Perform a variety of skincare treatments and procedures, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser treatments, and noninvasive body contouring.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, and safety standards in all aspects of service delivery.

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

Hourly rate plus commissions and tips (compensation based on experience).

• This position is in-person at one of our Elase Med Spas (currently DermaHealth) and requires an on-site presence each scheduled workday.
• Full time, ranging from to 30-40 hours a week depending on the needs of the business.
• Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, Saturdays, and federal holidays).
• Must be available for occasional company-sponsored events and training.
• Must be able to be consistently move around the spa.
