Job Title: Aluminum Packer
Location: Bristol, TN
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12-Hour Shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Night Shift 6PM - 6AM
Shift Differential: $1.50 for Night Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Aluminum Packers to join our team in Bristol, TN. This is a full-time position that involves working 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a $1.50 shift differential for night shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack and prepare aluminum products for shipment or further processing.
Inspect aluminum materials for defects or imperfections before packing.
Handle materials with care to avoid damage and ensure product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
Ensure timely and accurate packing of products.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
Assist with general plant duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
