Shift General Labor Temporary

Job Title: Laborer
Join a dynamic team where you will work under the direct supervision of a crew leader to learn essential skills in the fabrication of precast concrete products. Set up and oil forms for concrete structures.
Remain involved in productive work throughout the day and inform the Crew Leader of availability for additional tasks.
Attend work regularly and on time, adhering to company policy.
General labor experience in construction and hand tool usage.
Concrete handling and assembly.
Experience in carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and metal forms.
Ability to assist with concrete placement, vibration, finishing, and curing.
Skill in installing embeds, insulation, rebar, and hardware according to drawings.
Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Ability to assist with loading, rigging, or moving panels.
Experience ample growth opportunities, work with new equipment, and engage in voluntary overtime. Work in an indoor/outdoor, non-climate-controlled concrete facility. The shift runs from 7 am to 3 pm/5 pm, Monday through Friday.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, KS.
