10.75 to $13.00 per hour.

Earn up to 8% commission on transactions (average additional $5.14 per hour on top of hourly rate).

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate works with the entire store staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides. The role involves greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with sales, loans, and other transactions, handling a wide variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.

Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.

Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.

Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.

Successfully completes assigned training.

Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

May be asked to assist customers or retrieve products outside the building.

Minimum age 18 years old.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.

Cash handling experience preferred.

Must have ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Computer literate and able to operate Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) systems and common office machines.
