As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women.The OpportunityWe're hiring Registered Dietitians who want to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to women who have historically been underserved.Location: Fully remote within the U.S.Your ImpactAnalyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more.Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, including offering general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care.Employ Allara's provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to patient needs.Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care.Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of your patients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week in addition to administrative time.Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.Required QualificationsCertification: Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).Experience: 1 year of experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions (strongly desired).Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity.Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting.Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus.State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in at least one U.S. state is required.What Allara Offers1099 Contract: The flexibility and autonomy of an independent contractor arrangement.Competitive Compensation: Per-visit rates plus additional pay for charting, administrative tasks, and other patient-related work.1099 Longevity Recognition BonusContinuing Education: Access to multiple free, live CEU sessions every month, plus a Women's Health Certificate of Training launching in 2027!Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.Malpractice Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided at no cost to you.Mission-Driven Work: Help transform the standard of care for women living with conditions that have historically been underdiagnosed and undertreated.Collaborative Provider Network: Connect with and learn from a community of skilled, like-minded Allara clinicians.Inclusive Culture: Join a supportive, diverse team that values innovation, equity, and belonging.At Allara, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
