Prava Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver high-impact, resident-centered care within a premier senior living community in Apex, NC. We are reimagining senior rehabilitation by embedding functional therapy directly into the daily life and culture of the community.

Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver goal-driven PT interventions focused on meaningful functional outcomes rather than just exercise minutes.

Community Integration: Serve as an embedded clinical partner, collaborating closely with community leadership, nursing, wellness teams, and families.

Interdisciplinary Leadership: Partner across care teams to identify functional shifts early and support residents across the entire continuum of care.

Educate and coach caregivers and community staff on safe mobility techniques, fall prevention, and functional resident support.

Quality & Documentation: Licensed PT: Active Physical Therapy license in North Carolina.

Dedicated to helping residents maintain independence and pursue the activities that matter most to them.
