Culinary Server- The Mansion on Main

Schedule: PT to include every other weekend

Our team creates a welcoming environment where residents feel at home, supported, and valued. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Culinary Server to join our team. The Culinary Server plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient meal preparation, providing exceptional dining service, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. This position is integral to creating a positive dining experience by supporting all aspects of meal service—before, during, and after meals—while upholding the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and teamwork

Complete resident checklist and report results to cook or Culinary Director (CD)

Assist in meal service in accordance with sanitation standards

Immediately inform CD of any substandard food quality

Monitor food and beverage to ensure proper temperature

Clean equipment as assigned

Maintain dining room and kitchen area in clean condition, in accordance with community procedures

Prepare, handle, store, and dispose of food in accordance with state and federal regulations

Clean workspaces, cooking and serving equipment, trays, and dishes according to standards

Load and unload the dishwasher, store clean equipment and dishes properly

Work Experience Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent required

Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills

Maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
