Recruiter – Full-Time

However, as business needs evolve, these responsibilities may shift over time to reflect new priorities, processes, or technologies:

Candidate Sourcing: Ability to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent using various tools and strategies, including job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach. Skill in evaluating candidate qualifications, experience, and fit through structured resume review & initial interviews.
Recruiting ATS: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship tools to manage requisitions, candidate data, and workflows.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative support on job requirements, market trends and hiring strategies.
Competence in conducting structured and behavior-based interviews to assess both qualifications and cultural alignment.
Data & Metrics: Use of recruitment data to track performance, improve pipeline efficiency and inform hiring decisions.
Understanding and application of legal and ethical recruiting practices, including adherence to EEOC and SCA policies.
Skill in preparing and negotiating offers aligned with internal equity, candidate expectations, and organizational guidelines.
This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times.
They set the baseline for hiring but may evolve as the job and business requirements change:

Experience: 1 year of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience
Industry Experience: Driver recruiting experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in related field
