What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contactgreet visitors and manage building access with professionalism
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; respond to general inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
Manage incoming mail and distribute promptly
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document prep, and meeting room scheduling
Maintain office organization and supply inventory; place orders as needed

Clear verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in a busy environment
Work Environment & Requirements

Office setting with moderate noise
Ability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment
Regular, reliable attendance is essential
