Seeking a part-time, remote Pennsylvania Licensed Contracts Attorney, the position involves negotiating and advising on corporate transactions, including operating agreements, purchase agreements, and employment contracts.

Key responsibilities:

Negotiate and draft corporate transaction documents

Advise business owners on legal aspects of corporate transactions

Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania law

Required qualifications:

Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania

Experience in corporate law and contract negotiation

Familiarity with operating agreements, purchase agreements, and employment contracts

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Part-time availability of 20-30 hours per week
