Maintenance Tech

Waterleaf at Foxbank is looking for a maintenance tech who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Competitive compensation which includes bonuses outlined by the property commission structure.

Preventive maintenance

Provide a parts and materials list needed on a weekly basis

Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner

Adheres to all safety policies and procedures

High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus

Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends

Legal authorization to work in the United States
