Housekeeper Position at Beztak Senior Living

Beztak is looking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas.
Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community
Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned
Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community
Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing
Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Personal Qualities:

Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry
Exceptional customer service skills
Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing. Arizona applicants will need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test and clear the Adult Protective Services registry. Michigan applicants will need to take a TB test and complete fingerprinting.
