Event Parking Ambassador

Immediately Hiring Lot Attendants/ Event Ambassadors!!

Schedule: Shifts will vary, event-based schedule

TheEvent Staffmembers are the frontline personnel responsible for greeting, engaging and interacting with all customers attending events (sporting events, music concerts, etc.).

Lot / Facility Operations:

Processing of event passes, credit card transactions as assigned.

Direction of event and transient traffic as assigned.

Ensuring that all facilities are swept free of debris following the completing of an event.

Customer Service:

Promote good customer relations by consistently providing exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

Resolve customer service issues or questions as needed or refer the situation to a supervisor for resolution.

Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service.

Understand how to handle the different types of customers and where to direct them.

Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.

Experience handling cash, conducting monetary transactions.

Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions preferred.

Reporting of all incidents in accordance with company policies

Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Ability to work all Events as scheduled.
