Compensation: Competitive Base Salary of $180k + Bonus (DOE)
We are partnering with a rapidly growing, highly respected international professional services organization to identify a Finance Controller. The Finance Controller will lead the accounting and financial operations function, oversee a remote accounting team, and serve as a key business partner to leadership as the organization continues its growth trajectory.
Lead all accounting and financial operations activities

• Manage and develop a remote accounting team
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
• Accounting and financial operations leadership

Process improvement and scalability

CPA REQUIRED

• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Experience managing and developing accounting teams
• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Fully remote work environment
