About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a specialized outpatient healthcare organization supporting injured federal employees through rehabilitation and return-to-work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who values individualized, one-on-one patient care rather than a high-volume treatment environment. Treatment sessions are approximately one hour , allowing you to spend meaningful time evaluating patients, providing hands-on care, and developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
Key Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other appropriate interventions.
Treat musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, functional, and work-related conditions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, ergonomics, mobility, and body mechanics.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Support patients in achieving functional recovery and safe return-to-work goals.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the rehabilitation process.
Qualifications Current Utah Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for Utah licensure.
DPT degree or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree.
Strong clinical evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation skills.
Experience with orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and care teams.
Workers' compensation, occupational health, or work-related injury experience is a plus.
