Compensation Package

Base Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 (Year 1; declines over 3 years to commission-only structure)
Commission : 40% on new business, 30% on renewals
Activity Bonuses : Earn additional bonuses (e.g., $1,000 for meeting monthly goals)
Equity Opportunity : Gain equity in the company once your book of business reaches $250,000
Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new business opportunities in the middle-market commercial sector
Develop expertise in a chosen vertical ("major") and a secondary focus area ("minor")
Attend sales training programs to enhance skills and industry knowledge
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication
Meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals
Qualifications/Requirements

~ Experience :

• 3-4 years of B2B sales experience OR
• 2-3 years in a Producer Assistant or insurance-related role (candidates with Risk Management degrees will also be considered)

Proven experience in prospecting and conducting client meetings
Preferred: Property & Casualty (P&C) license (not mandatory for candidates with strong sales experience)
