AEM Architect (Insurance) Omaha, NE OR Remote with Travel Across the US

A leading Insurance organisation is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

This is a senior-level role requiring strong architecture experience, a consulting mindset and the ability to engage with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of technology experience
• 7+ years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience
• Certified AEM Architect
• Insurance industry experience is required
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• AEM migrations and upgrades from On-Premise / AMS environments
• Strong knowledge of Oak Architecture, Sling Framework and Dispatcher
• Experience with DAM migrations, MSM Sites and Headless AEM
• Adobe ecosystem experience including Target, AEP and Campaign
• Experience integrating AEM with platforms such as Eloqua, Coveo and eCommerce solutions
• Strong Java development background with Maven, Git, Jenkins and CI/CD
• Experience leading both onshore and offshore teams
• Consulting and client-facing experience

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AEM solutions

Drive AEM cloud migration and modernisation initiatives

Define technical strategy and best practices

Work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership

Provide technical leadership across development teams

Produce architecture and solution design documentation
