Part Time Event Demonstrator

The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations. The role includes acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the products represented, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment and supplies, intercepting consumers to provide professional demonstrations, and maintaining an overall professional appearance consistent with job requirements.

Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.

Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.

Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.

Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.

Access the internet, navigate company electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, and view assigned documents, including Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF forms.

Education / Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred; Computer Skills: Proficient in using and navigating a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A local food handler’s permit may be required.

Regularly required to stand and walk for the shift; prepare foods and beverages using required appliances such as cooking utensils, knives, convection oven, coffee maker, electric fryer, and microwaves; Retail store environment with limited travel.

Specific retailer dress code requirements are included in training documents.

Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
