Key Responsibilities of the RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Performing and assisting with procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab
Providing pre and post-procedure patient care
Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
Administering medications as prescribed and necessary
Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Valid NY RN License
Procedural lab work experience
Ability to take call with a 30-minute response time to the hospital
BLS certification
ACLS certification
