About Avail Home Health
Founded by a nurse in 1981, we provide one-on-one skilled nursing care throughout Washington State to medically fragile patients in their homes, so they can live with their family in familiar surroundings instead of in a hospital or facility. We are pioneers in the home health nursing field, having brought home the first ventilator-dependent child from Children's Orthopedic Hospital (now Seattle Children's) to live with his family in Yakima. Today, supporting ventilator-dependent patients in their home has become almost commonplace, but the need for compassionate, skilled care for these medically fragile patients has not changed.

As a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are the face of Avail Home Health & Senior Care Management! Most of your time is spent providing skilled nursing care one-on-one with them in their homes. You communicate effectively and respectfully with your patient and their family members, collaborating effectively with them and other healthcare providers. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PRIVATE DUTY REGISTERED NURSE (RN) / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
