TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Oxnard, California, 93030!

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery
Oxnard, CA | Acute Care
Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Full-Time
Provide direct nursing care for Labor & Delivery and Postpartum patients, including high-risk deliveries across all gestational ages
Perform fetal monitoring using the FetalLink system integrated with Cerner EMR, following AWHONN guidelines for staffing ratios
Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units as needed; L&D nurses must have Postpartum experience and may float to NICU to care for grower/feeder patients
Collaborate with OB techs who assist with deliveries, C-section scrubbing, supply stocking, and patient intake
Participate in weekend shifts (expected 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule) and holiday rotation shared with permanent staff
Active RN license valid in California
Fetal Monitoring certification required (AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced)
Minimum 2–3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Postpartum experience required for L&D applicants
At least one prior travel nursing contract preferred
Experience with Cerner EMR and/or FetalLink fetal monitoring system
Experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients, including patients with substance use/withdrawal and those with limited or no prenatal care
Work in a well-supported unit with 24/7 access to Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy, and on-call OB/Neonatology coverage
Join a collaborative team environment with charge nurse and resource nurse support on every shift
