Corporate Law Associate Attorney

Duties Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including equity and asset purchase agreements.
Conduct research on legal issues related to business transactions and provide analysis.
Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Manage a high volume of clients and workload responsibilities.
Advise clients on contract terms and legal implications of business operations.
Develop strategies to manage risk exposure and prevent legal issues.
Requirements 3-8 years of verifiable corporate experience.
Licensed to practice law in Florida and a member of the bar in good standing.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing requirements.
Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
High degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications Licensed to practice law in Florida.
Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to organize factual and legal data into clear arguments.
