Title Processor / Closer / Full-Time

Title Clerk
Oakes KIA | Olathe, KS Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour based off experience

Oakes Auto Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, and supporting dealership accounting and compliance operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Automotive dealership title experience is preferred.

Process titles, registrations, title transfers, and lien paperwork for new and used vehicle sales

Verify customer information, sales tax documentation, and deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance

Support wholesale title processing and inventory title management

Resolve title discrepancies and missing documentation efficientlyCommunicate with customers, lenders, DMV offices, and dealership staff professionally

Maintain accurate accounting and transaction records

Assist with additional accounting or administrative responsibilities as needed

Previous dealership title, accounting, or automotive administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
