Porter / Customer Service Representative

As a Porter / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in how our dealership is presented to the community and how each guest is treated the moment they arrive.
As a Porter, you'll ensure every vehicle on our lot is clean, organized, and customer-ready. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll interact directly with customers and support key departments with essential operations. Assist with vehicle placement, merchandising, and lot organization
Move cars to and from service bays, delivery areas, and storage
Ensure proper placement of materials in vehicles (e.g., manuals, tags, floor mats)
Customer Service & Dealership Support:

Greet customers and assist as needed in service and sales areas
Run dealership errands, including transporting vehicles, picking up supplies, and dropping off documents
Assist in setting up for special events, deliveries, and customer experiences
Facility Upkeep:

Help keep dealership grounds clean and safe—snow removal, debris cleanup, lot washing, etc.
High school diploma or GED
Prior automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required
