Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks. If you're passionate about helping residents regain mobility, improve functional independence, and achieve meaningful recovery goals, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
Carry out individualized treatment plans and monitor resident progress
Communicate changes in resident status with the supervising therapist and interdisciplinary team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
