Registered Nurse - Critical Care

This position requires a 3x12-hour shift rotation, including days from 07:00 to 19:30 and nights from 19:00 to 07:30.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in critical care to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills, be able to manage complex patient care, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. This role involves providing high-level patient care and performing critical assessments in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and monitor patient care in the ICU and across critical care areas.

Perform advanced medical procedures including arterial line management and ventilator care.

Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high quality patient care.

Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an adult critical care setting.

Active Pennsylvania or compact nursing license.

Experience using Cerner charting system preferred.
