This position will serve as the first face and experience that fans will encounter at Sports Illustrated Stadium. Candidates who will excel in this role must be ready to make a positive first impression, treat people with a professional level of hospitality.

Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have open availability and be able to work shifts starting after 4:00 PM to end of event.

Manage crowd control issues during events.

Perform other duties as required to ensure safety and security at the venue.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for handling customer-related situations.

Weekend, evening, and occasional holiday shifts required.

The ** Event Based Security Officer**  position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
