Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Tele
Job Overview
This position is for a high-volume post-surgical unit, specializing in the care of patients within the urology and gynecological surgical populations. The role offers both 3x12 and 4x12 scheduling options, with the requirement to work every other weekend, along with floating and holiday shifts as stipulated in the contract. Candidates are expected to work during two of the three winter holidays.
Patient Care
As a vital member of the care team, the typical patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:7, and it is essential for candidates to be comfortable and fully pre-closed with these ratios before submission.
Schedule Options

• 3x12 or 4x12 shifts available
• Overtime paid after 48 hours for 4x12 schedules

Qualifications
Minimum of two years of recent relevant nursing experience.
Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
Must possess an active Virginia or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
Proficiency in Epic is required.
BLS certification through the American Heart Association is mandatory.
