OB/GYN Physician South Denver OB/GYN & Midwives | Littleton and Castle Rock, Colorado

Base Salary: $260,000-$290,000 annually, plus quarterly performance bonus

South Denver OB/GYN & Midwives is seeking a compassionate, skilled OB/GYN Physician to join our collaborative team serving patients in Littleton and Castle Rock, Colorado.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and personalized care. You will work alongside experienced physicians, certified nurse-midwives, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals dedicated to improving the health and well-being of women throughout every stage of life.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in outpatient and hospital settings.

Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.

Manage prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum follow-up to support healthy outcomes for mothers and babies.

Diagnose and treat a broad range of gynecologic conditions.

Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures, including minimally invasive techniques when appropriate.

Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients about reproductive health, family planning, preventive care, and treatment options.

Collaborate closely with physicians, certified nurse-midwives, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation.

Participate in practice quality-improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.

Participate in the practice's on-call rotation.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Current or eligible for an unrestricted Colorado medical license.

Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

A strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience providing care in both outpatient and hospital settings.

Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and telemedicine platforms.

Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Additional fellowship training or subspecialty certification.

Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.

The salary range represents the anticipated base compensation for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, specialized skills, and internal equity.
