Registered Nurse (full-time, weekend - Home Health

RN - Flagstaff VA

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.
Per Diem 6pm-6:30am or 6a-6:30pm OR
Full Time 7a-3pm, 8am-4pm, or 8am-5pm, with our without weekends
at least 6 months of RN experience required but 1 year is preferred
Wound care experience required for some positions
Infection Preventionist Certification required for some positions
Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures.
Nursing Home experience is a plus!
Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
Assessing residents' health status and developing care plans.
Supervising LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality care.
Performing wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions.
Coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Educating residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
Responding to medical emergencies and implementing interventions.
Ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
