Fabrication / Welder - Immediate Hire

Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in or around Saint Cloud, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Weld and fabricate steel components using fixtures, work instructions and blueprints
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Communicate material and production needs with the Head of Fabrication and Welding
Maintain a clean organized and productive work area following 5S principles
Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines and company policies
Contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- 1-2 years welding/fabrication experience (shop setting is preferred)
- Ability to pass weld 1G V-Groove weld test for MIG & TIG processes
- Basic knowledge of operating, fabricating related to equipment
- Ability to read blueprints
