Head of Programme Management

You will conduct assessments, design and implement ABA programs, and provide direct services to children with ASD and other diagnoses. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and 2 years of ABA experience required.

Candidates with at least 12 semester units in ABA will be considered if they are close to meeting the experience requirement.

Significant knowledge of ABA as a discipline, familiar with the field of ABA, and knowledgeable of other community resources and agencies that serve children.

Fluency in American Sign Language or a second spoken language preferred.

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL to identify client strengths, needs, and target behaviors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and related computer software.

Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices and adherence to policies.

Coaching and Developing Others Supervise and/or mentor caregivers and other direct care staff, ensuring treatment fidelity and providing ongoing support and training.

Decision Making Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making data-based decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Planning and Organizing Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, session notes, and assessment reports.

Building Trusting Relationships Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.

Must be able to manage the physical and emotional demands of the role, including frequent exposure to disability disorders, occasional emergency situations and trauma, and constant client contact requiring concentration and sound decision-making.

Occasional driving (to and from office and client homes) is required.

Must be able to travel to multiple work sites and client homes; Must pass health screenings, obtain required vaccinations, and clear TB testing based on company policies.

Must obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The People & Performance Department will analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.

Must obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.
