You'll spend your day cleaning common areas, vacant apartments, model homes, amenity spaces, and occasionally handling less pleasant cleaning tasks.Daily cleaning routines are an important part of keeping our communities looking their best.You'll spend much of the day walking, standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the community. Many of our Maintenance Technicians, Leasing Consultants, and Property Managers started in entry-level roles.
