Nursing - Registered Nurse, Emergency Room Nurse - Travel

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) in Saratoga Springs, NY. Travel, temporary assignment beginning 08/31/2026 for several weeks with pay ranging from $1,457 to $1,547 per week. Shift: 3x12 Days. Work setting involves a high-volume, mixed-acuity ED managing adult and pediatric patients with a 36-bed unit and an approximate daily census of 120 visits. Local candidates are not eligible; Weekly pay: $1,457–$1,547 per week

• Contract duration: several weeks
• Shift: 3x12 Days
• Emergency Department with combined adult/pediatric care; 36-bed unit; Deliver direct patient care in the ED for both adult and pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, and delivery of evidenced-based interventions
• Perform triage, monitor patients, and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams
• monitor telemetry and respond to rhythm changes
• document care in the EPIC charting system
• Coordinate with Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Work, Phlebotomy, Transport, and Unit Secretary teams; Maintain competency to float within the hospital per manager discretion and ensure adherence to ED protocols and patient safety standards

NY RN license in hand at submission; travel experience preferred but not required; EKG/ rhythm testing: complete Relias EKG exam within 72 hours of signing; hospital-proctored rhythm-identification exam required (on-site thresholds apply); Charting: EPIC required/expected; Orientation and testing: RN modules average 12–15 hours; Immunizations: Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required; local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
