McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every guest.
You will plan shifts, monitor performance, maintain food safety and quality, manage inventory, and train staff. Prior leadership in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred, and you must be 18 or older to work as a manager in our restaurants.
