Title: Loan Operations Supervisor
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
FSLA: Non-exempt, payable bi-weekly on Fridays
Pay Range: Hourly rate of pay is negotiable based on experience, with a range of $27.00 to $32.00 per hour

Love keeping things organized, helping a team shine, and making a busy day run smoothly? The Merrimack is looking for a full-time Loan Operations Supervisor to join our Loan Operations team. In this role, you’ll guide daily workflows, support employee development, and be a go-to resource for your team and internal partners, all while helping ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Supervise assigned Loan Operations employees and related workflows
Manage daily workloads, schedules, and resources to ensure proper coverage and timely completion of work
Provide guidance, coaching, training support, and problem resolution for team members
Maintain knowledge of assigned Loan Operations functions and assist with department tasks as needed
Support compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, investor, and internal requirements
Assist with audits, exams, reporting, system testing, business continuity activities, and department projects
Promote quality service standards for internal and external customers
Minimum of three years of diverse banking experience, preferably with loan servicing or loan operations functions
Strong technical skills, including experience with core systems and desktop applications
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
Loan Operations plays an important role in supporting customers, employees, and the overall lending process. In this position, your leadership will help strengthen workflows, support compliance, and ensure the team has the guidance and resources needed to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
