About The Job Perform physical examination and establish medical history to determine donor suitability

Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Provide donor education regarding general health and provide counseling regarding unacceptable test results

Assist in employee training

Exposure to electrical office and laboratory equipment.

Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, gloves and cold-gear.

The estimated pay scale for CMS role based in Rockford, IL , is $21.00 to $40.00 per hour . Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 4 % of the company bonus pool.
