Your focus is on building their problem-solving confidence, while remaining the ultimate safety net, ready to step in for leader interventions when highly complex situations arise.

On the floor, you will coach your team on how to help guests easily navigate our mobile and online banking experiences. Drive Purposeful Community Impact: You understand your local market and know how to bring people together. High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
At least 1 year of People Management experience or 1 year of Supervisory experience
Bachelor’s Degree

• 4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience
• 2+ years of People Management experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Ronkonkoma, NY: $112,100 - $126,000 for Market Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
