We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Clinical Inpatient Dietitian to join our healthcare team. This is a PRN position requiring coverage approximately 3–4 days per month, including some weekends and holidays . The Clinical Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition care to hospitalized patients across a variety of medical and surgical conditions. The Dietitian will work closely with physicians, nurses, speech-language pathologists, pharmacists, case managers, food service staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes

Clinical Inpatient Dietitian (PRN)

Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments for assigned inpatients.
Identify patients at nutritional risk and provide timely nutrition interventions.
Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on medical diagnosis, nutritional status, laboratory values, medications, and overall clinical condition.
Monitor and evaluate patients' nutritional status and response to nutrition interventions.
Provide appropriate diet recommendations and nutrition support recommendations, including enteral and parenteral nutrition, as indicated.
Make recommendations regarding oral nutrition supplements and therapeutic diets.
Collaborate with the medical team regarding nutrition support, diet advancement, and changes in nutritional care.
Monitor enteral and parenteral nutrition tolerance and make recommendations as appropriate.
Provide patient and family education regarding therapeutic diets, nutrition goals, and discharge nutrition needs.
Document nutrition assessments, interventions, monitoring, and follow-up according to facility standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and food service personnel.
Participate in interdisciplinary care and contribute to quality patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
