Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to support multiple MinuteClinic retail clinic locations. This float position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and older in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Schedule: 1–2 weekdays + weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) | ~20 hrs/week (flexible based on clinic need)

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors

• Deliver holistic primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health education.
• Manage clinic operations, including patient check-in, insurance verification, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Conduct routine examinations and encourage preventive health practices.
• Coordinate with the clinical care team and patients for optimal care outcomes.
• Promote patient engagement in behavioral health, chronic condition management, and wellness services.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification (FNP) and valid Florida state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Comfortable with weekend shifts and flexible hours (up to 20 hours/week with possibility of more).
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless exempt).
