Bar Server/ Bartender

Position Summary The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive service while accurately preparing and serving beverages. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a high‑quality hospitality experience.

Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide warm, courteous, and professional service.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area.

Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed.

Engage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to requests efficiently.

Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all laws and policies.

Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems.

Collaborate with servers, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times.
