Order Picker-Warehouse Person

Warehouse Picker Packer Medical Device Distribution
This role supports a medical device distribution center by accurately picking, packing, receiving, and shipping customer orders while maintaining inventory integrity and a clean, organized warehouse. You will handle inbound receiving, order selection, packing, and general warehouse duties with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities

Receive incoming products, verify accuracy against documentation, and store items in assigned warehouse locations.
Pick customer orders accurately according to order specifications and standard operating procedures.
Pack orders securely and correctly to ensure products arrive safely and in good condition.
Perform shipping activities, including preparing orders for shipment and assisting with loading and unloading freight as needed.
Use RF scanners and related technology to locate, pick, and track inventory and orders.
Move pallets and materials safely to keep aisles and work areas clear and organized.
Maintain inventory integrity by following established processes and reporting discrepancies or issues promptly.
Participate in physical inventories and cycle count activities to ensure accurate stock levels.
Follow general manufacturing and distribution SOPs to support work in a regulated environment.
Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and organized condition, including regular housekeeping tasks.
Perform general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned based on business needs, including lifting and moving boxes.
Essential Skills

Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment with a strong focus on accuracy in order selection.
Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or other FDA-regulated operations.
Proficiency using RF scanners for picking, packing, and inventory tracking.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work within general manufacturing and distribution guidelines.
Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes, moving pallets, and standing or walking for extended periods.
Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory integrity and a well-ordered warehouse.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a picker, packer, runner, or general laborer in a warehouse or distribution setting.
Familiarity with medical device distribution processes or other highly regulated supply chain environments.
Comfort working with GM (general manufacturing) and distribution practices.
Ability to learn and consistently follow detailed SOPs and quality procedures.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
