Project Coordinator for Sales Team

Ampacity is seeking someone to handle project coordination for the sales team. You'll sit in on sales calls, capture what customers need, and make sure those commitments actually get executed across the companywhether that's with operations, logistics, design, or other departments. In solar construction, missed details or poor handoffs cost real money and time. Your job is to prevent thattracking action items, following up with the right people, and making sure customer-specific requirements don't get lost in translation. You're juggling multiple accounts at once, each moving at different speeds with different priorities. You need to know what's urgent, what can wait, and when something needs to be escalated. The role is 100% remote.

Track action items through completion to ensure customer deliverables are met

Initiate sales and engineering tasks for new solar opportunities

Coordinate with sales and engineering to ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and delivered on time

Create and manage opportunities, estimates, and sales actions in NetSuite

Manage pipeline forecasting and reporting in NetSuite

Support the sales team with customer outreach, meeting scheduling, and day-to-day tasks

Attend tradeshows and customer visits with the sales team

Update NetSuite with customer TAM information as needed

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business

• 12 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems like NetSuite
