Order Processor / Inside Sales

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers and respond to incoming phone inquiries.
Identify HVAC parts, products, and solutions based on customer needs.
Provide pricing, product availability, quotes, and order updates.
Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.
Communicate delivery expectations and help resolve order or product issues.
Build strong relationships with contractors, repeat customers, and other clients.
Develop knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment, and manufacturer products.
Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order information in company systems.
Participate in product training and business-related meetings.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service, counter sales, parts sales, inside sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable assisting customers in person and over the phone.
Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn technical products.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn inventory, quoting, and order management systems.
Dependable, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, automotive parts, industrial supplies, or building materials.
Experience with distributors, contractors, supply houses, equipment dealers, or similar businesses.
Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, quoting, or order processing.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or inventory management software.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must not require current or future immigration sponsorship for employment visa status.
