Shift: 12-hour nights (Night Shift PICU Nurse)
Shifts per Week: 3
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,970 - $2,290 (competitive travel nurse pay)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
Minimum 1 year recent Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity pediatric critical care environment
Experience with pediatric ventilators, vasoactive drips, and advanced monitoring preferred
Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and changes in status in the EMR
Administer medications, infusions, and interventions per physician orders and PICU protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and social work to develop individualized care plans
Perform bedside procedures and emergency interventions as required for pediatric critical care
Educate and support patients' families and caregivers throughout the care process
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff while following infection control and safety policies
