Compensation
Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.
Structure includes:
Competitive base salary
Performance bonuses
Mentorship bonuses
Long‑term ownership in the company (eligible upon promotion to Sr. BCBA)
Bonus Structure
Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped to reward impact.
Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing Master’s in ABA.
Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
Relocation Packages: Available to ease transition expenses.
401(k) with Company Match.
Scheduling & Work‑Life Balance
Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours.
Leave: Nearly 30 days off in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
Caseload: Support up to 8 children - manageable and designed to prevent burnout.
No Non‑Compete Clauses.
Career Growth & Leadership Tracks
Progression: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director.
Training & Development: Participation in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training.
Research & Innovation: Opportunity to collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc on advancing treatment outcomes.
Clinical Guidance: Guidance from a Clinical Advisory Board featuring leading clinicians.
Education & Support
Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house; additional funds for external training; 2 paid days off for CEU events.
