Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty group, spans more than 70 practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, providing coordinated, patient-centered care. **About the Job**The RN Outpatient Wound and Ostomy Nurse provides specialized nursing care for patients with acute and chronic wounds, ostomies, and fistulas in an outpatient setting.
