Compensation: $210K base, ~$250K-$260K total compensation including equity

Our partner is an early-stage, venture-backed B2B software startup building AI-powered products that move and transform data and automate complex workflows. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across the stack, spanning frontend, backend, and the data pipelines and agentic/AI workflows at the core of the product. This is a backend-leaning, product-focused role: you will take customer feedback, help shape product direction, and ship features end to end rather than simply working through a ticket queue. The stack is modern and intentionally lean (TypeScript and React, some Python, Postgres, Temporal for durable workflows, a monorepo with no microservices), so you can move quickly on genuinely hard problems.

You will join a small, senior engineering team during a period of rapid growth, with meaningful equity and a direct line to the founders. Occasional customer conversations come with the early stage, but the role is primarily focused on building.

Build and ship features across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend systems

Design and maintain data pipelines and data-movement workflows

Contribute to agentic and AI-driven product capabilities

Take customer feedback and help shape product direction, not just execute tickets

5-7 years of full stack engineering experience (4+ considered on the lower end)

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with some Python
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in your day-to-day workflow, with the ability to speak specifically to how you apply them
• Bonus: experience with ETL / data movement, browser automation or scraping, AWS, or agentic infrastructure
